ART-ER Attractiveness Research Territory is the Emilia-Romagna Joint Stock Consortium that was born from the merger of ASTER (the Consortium for innovation and technology transfer among the Emilia-Romagna Regional Government, the six regional Universities – University of Bologna, University of Ferrara, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, University of Parma and Piacenza; the National Research Council – CNR; the Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development – ENEA; the National Institute for Nuclear Physics – INFN; the Regional Union of Chambers of Commerce) and ERVET (Economic development agency), with the purpose of fostering the region’s sustainable growth by developing innovation and knowledge, attractiveness and internationalisation of the region system.

ART-ER welcomed the DIHELP coach on 8 – 9 July 2019 to work in depth on ART-ER HUB business model and more intensely on the collaboration model with existing regional HUBs, the type of services to be offered, the prioritization of potential partners, the ideal regional model of HUBs together with a design plan, and the best engagement strategy to everyone.

Working together with the coach allowed the DIH to define the best strategy to set up a sustainable regional DIH. This work session will be followed by a workshop to present the DIH to the regional ecosystem.
