From 17-19 July 2019, the onsite workshop of the DIHelp Academy took part in Saint George, Central Romania. The first two days included lively and very output oriented discussions with the core team of the DIH, around the leader Enikő Mátyus. The existing business model was reviewed in-depth, supported by the DIHelp coach. Next to reviewing the overall vision statement, especially the value propositions for SMEs, as well as the financial model and pricing aspects of such were elaborated in more detail. An underlying factor for all considerations always was and is the additional (sustainable) impact and benefit, the DIH can create for the entire ecosystem.

The three days were completed with the regional stakeholder workshop on the last day, having numerous participants from local clusters and SMEs as well as partner companies. It was an occasion with inspiring presentations, very fruitful discussions regarding the challenges and trends of digitalization in the local ecosystem and a summary of the DIHs position as a key player in all of that.

As next steps, the iNNoHuB plans to further work on the business model as well as on the sustainability both for internal reasons, as well as for the broader ecosystem in Central Romania. If you want to learn more about the iNNoHuB, please visit https://innohub.center/en/.
