The onsite module as part of the DIHelp Academy led to an intense three days from 3-5 July in Maribor, Slovenia. The sessions took place in the antique building of the University of Maribor, where the DIH UM invited the DIHelp coach to the second biggest city of Slovenia.

Day 1 and 2 included in-depth discussions of the DIHs value propositions, possibilities to further engage and support local SMEs and led to very outcome-oriented sessions regarding the pricing and payment methods of the offers. Discussing these topics in particular, the overall aim to develop a long-term sustainable business model for the DIH UM was met by the DIH core team and the supporting DIHelp coach.

On Day 3, the stakeholder workshop was attended mainly by existing and very interested potential new shareholders of the DIH, leading to detailed strategy discussions with many useful ideas and possible concepts for further business opportunities of the DIH UM.

As next steps, the core team of DIH UM will continue to work with the DIHelp coach to fine-tune the business plan as a basis for the development of a long-term sustainable business model. If you are interested in learning more about the DIH UM, please click here.
